Olive oil chocolate cake

180 ml Terra Creta Extra virgin olive oil

250 gr Brown sugar

3 whole eggs

225 Strained yoghurt

300 gr All purpose flour

10 gr Baking powder 

25 gr cocoa

Zest of 1 orange  

100 gr dark chocolate drops



In a mixing bowl whisk olive oil andsugar. Add the eggs one at a time and mix together. Add the yoghurt and theorange zest.

Mix the flour, cocoa and bakingpowder and add the mix to the rest of the ingredients in the mixing bowl.

Finally add the chocolate drops andmix well.

Take 2 rectangular cake pans, greasethem with olive oil and dust them with flour to ensure that the cake does notstick and then divide the mixture into the 2 pans. 

Bake at 175οC for 45 minutes. (until knife inserted nearcenter comes out clean)
