Terra Creta had the pleasure to complete it's first International Conference, held from 11 to 14 October 2012, in Kolymvari/Crete, the birthplace of Terra Creta and amongs some of the finest olive oil fields in the world.
A four day conference with presentations on quality, production, marketing and health attributes of extra virgin olive oil. Further, more participants had the opportunity to experience olives harvesting, olive oil extraction in our olive mill, a remarkable cooking demonstration by the famous chef Dimitrios Scarmoutsos and many more interactive activities.
Journalist and participants from 14 countries had a unique "olive oil experience" and already are looking forward to our next conference.
